Practicing in both the Francophone and Anglo-American worlds, Elise provides advice, thought leadership, and support to multinational companies and other economic actors on how to interpret and comply with international human rights standards within supply chains, major infrastructure projects, and development initiatives.
As a certified and recognized international mediator, she facilitates the amicable resolution of conflicts involving businesses, workers, unions, affected communities, and local governments.

« One of my main strategies is to expose my clients to the perspectives of the relevant stakeholders and promote the exchange of ideas between lawyers specializing in business, commerce, labor law, and human rights ».
